We manufacture out of Bali, our beautiful Indonesian island home-away-from-home. Our manufacturing house employs only 100 full-time personnel to ensure they have their own space and an advantageous wage. We provide all of our Balinese Ode & Rae family with free medical insurance - a luxury that is not often come by for locals on the island. This gives them, their spouse and up to three children access to medical care (including gp visits, specialist doctors, any medical emergencies and prescription medicine).
We promise to pay our employees at least twice the minimum wage and in many cases this ends up being much more. In addition to this, we pay wages 13 months of the year, which entitles our Balinese Ode & Rae family to a double wage for their yearly bonus.
