Our ready-to-wear collection is made from 100% viscose.

This high quality fabric is very delicate, and due to this, it does have a tendency to crease.

Whilst we make every effort to pack your items with care when we send them to you, there is only so much we can do, and naturally they will develop some creases whilst folded up in transit with the courier.

Please follow the steaming and ironing guidance below to get them back to looking their best.

DRY CLEANING

Safe to dry clean.

AT HOME CARE

Washing

Cold hand wash.

Use mild handwashing detergent in a sink filled with cold water.

Soak for up to 30 minutes then rinse well with cold water.

Very gently squeeze out excess water. Do not wring.

Allow the garment to dry flat on a towel, or hang to drip dry.

Shade dry. Avoid direct sunlight. 

‌Keep away from any extra heat (radiator). 

Store in a cool, dry place.

Do not bleach or tumble dry.

Steaming and ironing

Lighter creasing will usually drop out when the product is hung, however you can gently steam or iron to remove more stubborn creases. Please take extra care when exposing your items to heat due to the delicate nature of the material. 

Steaming

Gently steam inside-out, in small sections.

Do not move your item until it is fully cool, as it can stretch when hot. Leave it for a few minutes to cool down completely, then hang up or store away.

Ironing

Select the ‘rayon’ or ‘silk’ setting, or if it doesn’t have these options, select ‘low’.  Make sure you turn off the steam setting.

Turn inside out.

Spray very lightly with clean water, it should be only slightly wet to the touch.

Iron in small sections - this fabric can be easily stretched out when warm or hot. If you iron in large sections, this could lead to fabric stretching.

Keep your iron moving in a smooth, steady motion.

Do not move your item until it is fully cool, as it can stretch when hot. Leave it for a few minutes to cool down completely, then hang up or store away.
