Ode & Rae are pleased to offer our customers returns (on all non SALE items), provided all of the following conditions are met:
- the item is new and unused;
- the hygiene seal, tags and original packaging remain intact; and
- you return the item within 14 days of receipt.
Please note: Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty, so please ensure you choose carefully.
It is important that you follow our Care Guidelines when maintaining your swimwear. We cannot accept returns of any items that have been altered or damaged due to not caring for them as stipulated in these guidelines.
Ode & Rae are pleased to extend our returns policy to all of our customers worldwide. If you are looking to process a return from outside of the U.K please ensure that you are aware of any potential associated customs and shipping charges.
The United Kingdom customs agent places import duties on all items coming into the U.K if it is suspected that they are imported goods. Therefore please ensure you clearly label that your package is a RETURN on the outside of the package and on any customs forms you fill out.
Ode & Rae cannot be held liable for any customs charges that are applied to your return. You will be refunded the full order value minus any costs that the parcel may have incurred prior to arriving at our warehouse. Please ensure you take this, as well as any shipping charges and timescales into account when looking to return an order form overseas.
Please downloand our returns form and enter the correct information regarding which items you wish to exchange. Please note exchanges will only be made for items of the same value. If the exchange requires additional payment you will be sent a refund and you will need to repurchase online.

If your item/s meet the conditions for return, please fill out the returns form above and send it along with your item/s to the following address:

You must post the item to the address provided within 14 days of receipt.
We recommend that you use tracked delivery and keep the proof of postage of your return until you've received your refund. We cannot accept responsibility for items that are posted with untracked delivery and do not reach our returns address.
Please note we do not reimburse for return or exchange shipping or customs fees.
We will let you know once your return has arrived. It will then be processed as per your instructions, provided the returns conditions are met. Please allow up to 14 business days for your return to be processed.
If an item has been reduced in price since your purchase, please note that the difference will not be refunded.

All of our swimwear is thoroughly checked for quality. In the rare event that you receive a faulty item, please email email@example.com as soon as possible with details of any fault and we will refund/replace the item as appropriate in the circumstances.
