We happily accept returns within 21 days from your date of dispatch.

 

We only ask that the following conditions are met:

  • the item is returned in its original condition (it has not been used, worn or altered in any way)
  • the hygiene liner and tags remain intact
  • you send your return in the original packaging 
  • you send your return within 21 days (any items sent after this date will not be accepted) 

 

Sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return.

 

All items are inspected on return, we cannot accept returns that are used or damaged. We recommend that you avoid make up, oils or lotions coming into contact with your items.

 

For sanitary reasons, please try on swimwear over your underwear and do not remove the hygiene liner. We cannot accept returns if the hygiene liner has been removed or tampered with.

 

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, excluding original shipping costs.

 

How do I send my return?

It's super easy! To create a return, please use our Returns Center.

You will need to enter your order number and the email address you used when ordering.

In the portal, you will select the items you’d like to return and submit your return request.

Once your request has been approved, we’ll email you with full instructions to send your return back to our U.K. warehouse.

We recommend choosing a carrier that provides proof of postage and tracking. We cannot accept responsibility for returns that are sent untracked and do not reach our warehouse.

Return shipping costs or any additional costs incurred for returning your item are not covered or reimbursed by Ode & Rae.

1. You can choose a prepaid shipping label from UPS. We charge a flat return fee of $9.99 which covers all costs involved in getting your package back to us, including shipping costs, duties and taxes. This fee will be deducted from your refund. You can find your nearest UPS drop off point here.

2. You will also have the option of arranging your own return shipping to our U.K. warehouse. We recommend choosing a carrier that provides proof of postage and tracking. We cannot accept responsibility for returns that are sent untracked and do not reach our warehouse. If you select this option, return shipping costs or any additional costs incurred for returning your item are your responsibility. Costs are not covered or reimbursed by Ode & Rae.

FAQ

Once we receive your return, we aim to inspect your item and process your refund within 5 working days – you will receive an email once this is complete. 

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, excluding original shipping costs.

Actual timeframes for the funds to appear in your account will vary depending on your bank.

We take the quality of our product and service seriously and so all of our swimwear is thoroughly checked prior to dispatch. We have cameras on our packing tables to ensure items are dispatched accordingly. In the unlikely event that you do receive a faulty / incorrect item, please process your return request through the Returns Center selecting the relevant returns reason and we will resolve this for you as quickly as possible.

 

Once your returned faulty or incorrect item has been received and inspected, we will arrange a refund or replacement as appropriate.

Please follow our Care Guide when maintaining your swimwear. We cannot accept returns of any items that have been altered or damaged due to not caring for them according to our guidelines.
