We happily accept returns within 14 days from your date of dispatch.

Please process your return request on our portal before sending back your return. Any items received that are not eligible for return, unless approved in advance, will be sent back you to. 

We only ask that the following conditions are met:

• the item is returned in its original condition (it has not been used, worn or altered in any way)
• the hygiene liner and tags remain intact
• you send your return in the original packaging 
• you send your return within 14 days (any items sent after this date will not be accepted) 

SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE AND ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN.

All items are inspected on return, we cannot accept returns that are used. Please avoid make up, oils or lotions coming into contact with your items.

For sanitary reasons, please try on swimwear over your underwear and do not remove the hygiene liner. We cannot accept returns if the hygiene liner has been removed or tampered with.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method or store credit, excluding original shipping costs.
