Returns Policy

 

We happily accept returns within 14 days from your date of dispatch.

Returns options available: 

  • Store Credit - receive +10% extra credit to use online later.
  • Exchange - select your replacement items now and we'll ship them out once we receive your original order return at the warehouse.
  • Instant Exchange - we'll put a temporary hold on your card for your replacement order but we'll ship it to you immediately. Once we receive your original order return, we'll release the hold on your card.
  • Full Refund - to your original payment method.

 

Please process your return request on our portal before sending back your return. Any items received that are not eligible for return, unless approved in advance, will be sent back you to.

We only ask that the following conditions are met:

  • the item is returned in its original condition (it has not been used, worn or altered in any way)
  • the hygiene liner and tags remain intact
  • you send your return in the original packaging
  • you send your return within 14 days (any items sent after this date will not be accepted)

All items are inspected on return, we cannot accept returns that are used.

Please retain your proof of postage - we cannot investigate any return issues without it. 

Please avoid make up, oils or lotions coming into contact with your items.

For sanitary reasons, please try on swimwear over your underwear and do not remove the hygiene liner. We cannot accept returns if the hygiene liner has been removed or tampered with.

How do I send my return?

I'm based in Australia

It's super easy! To create a return, please use our Returns Centre.

You will need to enter your order number and the email address you used when ordering.

In the portal you can choose whether to send it back to us using your own preferred carrier or to receive an auto-generated Sendle shipping label. We will deduct A$10 from your final return for the auto-generated shipping label.

Once your request has been approved, we’ll email you with full instructions to send your return back to us.

I'm based in the United Kingdom

It's super easy! To create a return, please use our Returns Centre.

You will need to enter your order number and the email address you used when ordering.

In the portal you can choose whether to send it back to us using your own preferred carrier or to receive an auto-generated Royal Mail shipping label. We will deduct £4 from your final return for the auto-generated shipping label.

Once your request has been approved, we’ll email you with full instructions to send your return back to us.

I'm based in United States of America

You will need to enter your order number and the email address you used when ordering.

In the portal you can choose whether to send it back to us using your own preferred carrier or to receive an auto-generated USPS shipping label. We will deduct $15 from your final return for the auto-generated shipping label.

Once your request has been approved, we’ll email you with full instructions to send your return back to our U.K. warehouse.

FAQ

When will I receive my refund?

Once your return is delivered to our warehouse, we aim to inspect your item and process your refund within 5 working days, but this can increase to 10 working days during busy periods – you will receive an email once this is complete. 

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, or gift card credit if selected, excluding original shipping costs.

Actual timeframes for the funds to appear in your account will vary depending on your bank.

Returning faulty or incorrect items

We take the quality of our product and service seriously and so all of our swimwear is thoroughly checked prior to dispatch. We have cameras on our packing tables to ensure items are dispatched accordingly. In the unlikely event that you do receive a faulty / incorrect item, please process your return request through the Returns Centre selecting the relevant returns reason and we will resolve this for you as quickly as possible.

 

Once your returned faulty or incorrect item has been received and inspected, we will arrange a refund or replacement as appropriate.

Wear and tear

Please refer to individual care labels on each product. We cannot accept returns of any items that have been altered or damaged due to not caring for them according to our guidelines.
